Rody Oliveira is a portrait and film photographer from Rio de Janeiro. His imagery is focused on identity, culture and territory. With his lenses Rody explores the many ways in which Cariocas express themselves in such a vivid city. In his personal work, Rodrigo documents the everyday life of the LGBTQIA+ Black community, creating tender portraits in combination for his explicit love for the peripheries of the city he was raised in.
